For MIPIM, Zest was entrusted with the coordination and organization of the Belgian Pavilion, bringing together multiple Belgian regions and stakeholders under one strong, unified presence. Acting as the central point of contact, we ensured seamless collaboration between public and private institutions, aligning objectives, logistics and communication throughout the entire project.

From overall coordination to on-site organization, Zest managed the operational and experiential aspects of the pavilion. Creating a professional, welcoming environment where Belgian expertise and ambition could be presented on an international stage.
